Hey Babes, thank you for shipping with Chic Lina Collections! Here are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase so you know what to expect.
Order Processing Time
All our orders are processed within 4 – 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In the event of a high order volume, your order processing might be delayed in a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant delays, we’ll contact you using the email you provided during checkout.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
*Please Note: The time it takes to receive items includes Processing Time + Shipping Transit time
Shipping Address Changes
If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email info@chiclina.com or chiclina08@gmail.com or by DM @chiclinababe and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we cannot alter the shipping address anymore.
Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times
We do ship our items both locally and internationally.
International Shipping.
The shipping methods and delivery times per region are represented by the following table:

Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busier periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Chic Lina Collections is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@chiclina.com or chiclina08@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchange
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email or Instagram DMs @chiclinababe. We can contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.
If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@chiclina.com or chicina08@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
