1. What if an item is damaged or is not what I ordered?

In the rare circumstances that your shipment contains a damaged item or we accidentally send you a wrong item.

In case we send the wrong or a defective item, we will ship you a replacement at no cost. Please take a photo of the item and email it to our customer support team at info@chiclina.com with the description of the damage.

If you don’t wish to receive the replacement item, we will gladly refund the item in terms of store credits. You can use the credits to repurchase the item of your desire.

2. How do I change or cancel my order?

If you would love to modify or cancel your order, please email info@chiclina.com as soon as possible.We will try our level best to cancel or modify the order, but please note that our shipping systems and order fulfillments are designed to get orders on their ways quickly and efficiently. Therefore we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has entered the shipping process.

3. Has my Order been Shipped?

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. The confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package.

4. How can I return my item?

5. What will happen when I forget to use my discount code?

We clearly understand these things happen. The good thing is that you can use the code the next time you are making another order. Orders that have been placed cannot be changed.
